What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience: At least 1 year of postgraduate experience, ideally in community or aged care settings.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Attributes: Self-directed, autonomous, and committed to professional development and ethical standards.
- Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and willingness to undergo a police history check.
