The Organisation:
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a leading NFP organisation that operate a wide range of services that support people with a wide range of issues including mental health, domestic violence, family support, general counselling and more, to help recruit for a General Manager to oversee their client services.
The Role:
As part of the executive team your role will be to oversee large diverse teams that deliver mainly government funded programs to support vulnerable and disadvantaged clients. You will be responsible for the delivery of all programs and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality of services and measurement of outcomes. You will oversee a budget of around $40m and ensure that relationships with key stakeholders are developed and maintained.
The Successful Candidate:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Experience working in a large not for profit or government organisation in a senior leadership role
- Qualifications in business management and/or social sciences
- Experience working with large diverse clinical teams
- Demonstrated ability in financial and business management.
